Booking information

Our apartments are housed in 2 different buildings. Haus Schöser is located at 1,200m above the valley floor and in close proximity to the Möslbahn to the Mountopolis ski area. Apartments Schöser is situated at 650m slightly above Hippach. The ski bus also takes you from here to the Möslbahn. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the Horbergbahn or the Mountopolis ski area.

In our buildings, free internet via Wi-Fi is available. You will receive the login details on-site!

On the day of your arrival, the apartment will be ready for occupancy from approximately 14:00 - 15:00. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by approximately 9:00 - 9:30.

In the holiday region of Mayrhofen-Hippach, a local tax of € 2.20 per person aged 15 and above per night is charged. This is to be paid locally in addition to the apartment price.

For all our apartments, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee.

We only accept cash payment! The full booking amount must be paid on the day of your arrival or via advance bank transfer!

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival, the fee is 70% of the total booking amount.
In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booking amount.

Furthermore, we refer to the hotel contract conditions of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce.

Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house. We ask for your understanding!

Please note that smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony for your convenience!

You will receive a key for your apartment and, of course, for the main entrance as well. This way, you are independent and flexible at all times.

Our House Schöser is located in close proximity to the Möslbahn. You don't have to drive down to the valley, but stay right on the mountain! The Möslbahn provides direct access to the Mountopolis ski area without any waiting times and can be easily reached by ski bus or car!

From our Apart Schöser, you can also reach the Möslbahn (approximately 7 km up the mountain / by car or ski bus). Another good option is to travel to the Horbergbahn, which also provides direct access to the Mountopolis ski area.

Other ski areas such as the Zillertal Arena or Hochzillertal can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. The Hintertux Glacier is approximately 30-40 minutes away.

It is approximately 6 km uphill to reach House Schöser. Our Apart Schöser is located near the valley floor, but there is still a small uphill section. The road is always promptly cleared in case of snowfall, and the journey is almost always possible with regular winter tires and without snow chains. However, it is mandatory to carry snow chains to be appropriately equipped for winter conditions!!!
